Histaminarme Madaleines mit Verjus fruchtig mild

Ingredients
  

  • 150 g Butter
  • 3 Eier
  • 150 g Zucker
  • 1 Prise Salz
  • 180 g Mehl
  • 0,5 TL Backpulver
  • 0,5 TL Natron
  • 1 EL Holunderblütensirup
  • 1 EL Verjus fruchtig mild

Instructions
 

  • Die Butter schmelzen und etwas abkühlen lassen. Eier, Zucker und Salz schaumig aufschlagen.
    Mehl mit Backpulver und Natron vermischen, dann mit dem Sirup und Verjus fruchtig mild zusammen zur Eimasse geben und gründlich verrühren.
    Den Teig für 1-2 Stunden in den Kühlschrank stellen und ruhen lassen.
    Das Madeleines-Förmchen-Blech mit 3/4 Teig füllen und bei 180°C Ober-Unterhitze im vorgeheizten Backofen ca. 12 Minuten backen.
    Danach nach Belieben dekorieren.
