It tastes like punch, but not sweet and is alcohol-free and low in histamine. Verglüher is the name of the new alcohol-free, low-calorie hot drink for cold days based on verjus.
As a ready-to-drink alternative to mulled wine, punch and tea drinks, it impresses with its tart, fruity flavour, refined with classic Christmas spices and rounded off with a little sugar. Only 84 kcal for a 250 ml cup.
Tip: Only heat slightly! Can also be made alcoholic with a shot of “high-proof fruit”.
Perfect as a warming alternative for the WHOLE FAMILY. For snacks instead of tea, as an interesting gift for Advent celebrations or for cold afternoons with delicious biscuits.
